How we work.
- We discuss with the client what they are looking for in terms of the timber structure installation & maintenance.
- We discuss the design process and suggest exactly what would be best suitable for the surrounding area the structure will be housing .
- Louis then draws up a comprehensive cost effective quotation that will suit most pockets.
- Once the client is happy with the quotation & drawing, Louis accompanies a deck building / maintenance team to establish the site.
- The project is supervised throughout the entire duration, making sure there are no come-back’s or snags.
- The site, once completed is then handed over to the client with a maintenance contract.
- This maintenance contract entails 4 visits throughout the year which we offer the client at a very reasonable rate.
- This will ensure that your timber structure is kept looking as fantastic as the first day it was installed.
